Sweet & Low

A low-impact aerobics class with a slightly slower pace. This class is a good body sculpting workout that may include resistance bands, chair work, and moving to really good music. Motivating and a lot of fun!

Class Duration - 60 Minutes

Cardio Blast

A high-energy aerobic workout designed to keep you moving and blast fat. Core and strength training at the end of class is an added bonus that will help you achieve a sleek, toned and tighter body.

Stability Ball

Good core work and balance building on stability balls. Strengthen and tone the deep muscles of your abdomen, midsection, and lower back using stability balls and small hand-weights. This fun class will leave you energized.

Class Duration - 45 Minutes

Gentle Yoga

Gentle Yoga – An exploration of basic yoga poses. Breathing and relaxation techniques are introduced. Ideal for beginners, seniors and people with chronic pain.

Class Duration - AM (60 Minutes); PM (75 Minutes)

 

      Kickbox

Combines not only the grace and style of boxing with kicking but also blends martial arts with cardiovascular exercise.

Yoga Flow

Vinyasa/Yoga Flow – An intermediate level class. It provides a more active and invigorating practice, linking breath to movement. Builds endurance, flexibility, strength and concentration. Followed by deep relaxation.

           Bounce

A surprisingly fun and unique cardio workout on the fitness ball. You will bounce, toss and roll while burning fat and calories!  Bounce is a high-energy class designed to tone, tighten and shape your entire body all while increasing your cardiovascular fitness!

    Slow Motion

Slow Motion - An Exercise Class for People with Arthritis and Limited Mobility.  Features chair exercises and light weights.
